This list includes the usage specifications and best practice based on media type. Also covered in this section is the client facing/teammate facing differences.
File Format
When using our logos in print material always use the Ai file type.
This will be converted to a PDF upon export.
Web
File Format
Always place primary logos in the website header
Variant Logos
Always place primary logos in the website Footer
File Format
PNG files are used primarily
SVG is use for Data Studio
Signage
File Format
PDF is the preferred format
Logos used for signage vary based on location and will be determined through conversation with vendors.
E.g. Ōnin Staffing – Typically we use the Horizontal Variant Logo
Embroidery
File Format
PDF is the preferred format
Take scalability into account.
Not every part of a logo will work at certain sizes. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Every Icon/Mark is designed to be embroidable at most sizes and should be the primary thing we embroider.
